There just aren’t that many huge accomplishments by blacks throughout early American history up through the mid 20th century.
That is due and no small measure because for much of American history, blacks were not allowed to fully participate in society.
A problem arises when very very very minor achievements by blacks are heralded as being societal changing contributions. They are not.
Sorry.
But today, it’s more important that we feel sorry for back people, label them as oppressed and whites as oppressors, and hold them to lower standards for…Everything.
