For any Coach, Year 5 at a Power 5 school

Year 5, today, we have a team that has,
- lost to UMKC, at home, by 14 points.
- lost to historical rivals ILL, ARK, and ku, by a combined 106 points!! (That’s insane .. over 100 points in 3 games/6 halves is ludicrous.
- overall record 8-12
- SEC record 2-5, tied for 12th
Ok if you just dropped me on the planet right now and to;d me the aforementioned facts…… well I am an optimist so my response would be … turn around year.. this is probably a freshman-laden team, highly ranked and showing promise. WRONG. We have several 6th men off the bench, mostly transfers. Ok well then we must have an exciting incoming class for next season!? NOPE! Well we do have one.
