'It should have never come down to that' is Tiger Fan's favorite mantra. The most egregious officiating I have ever witnessed was the KY football game three yrs ago in Columbia. Numerous bend over calls on our home field, and to my amazement after I got back from the game was the healthy portion of 'objective' Mizzou fans lamenting the coach and the impotent offense rather than the untimed down allowed by a phantom PI call in the endzone on our home field. Then a blatant push off by KY for the winning score.

Maybe this drives your point home as the fans didn't like Odom much. Never seen a fanbase so eager to blame a coach when the officiating was so egregious on our home field....with no time on the clock.....where there was no PI.....

All other fanbases circle the wagons and come together in outrage towards the officials. Mizzou fans go out of their way to find the fault of team or coach. Mizery
