T-cells, memory B-cells, etc.... Antibodies are just the end result (and first line of defense) in the immune system cascade.
To simplify, the vaccinated have lost that first line of defense (or at least has a diminished response) but they still overcome the infection quickly without major symptoms because the other aspects of of the immune system (t-cells, particularly) are still attuned to recognize covid even if the specific antibodies struggle to identify a mutated spike protien.
For somebody receiving antibodies that also struggle to recognize the mutated spike proteins, there is no second/third/fourth line of defense (hence the name "monoclonal" - it's a clone of one protein)
The person putting out the tweet is misinformed.
