taken out decades ago to save money, are NOT going to attack Russia. He surely knows it and its all just fake excuses by putin to continue his tyranny every way he can.

How in the hell have we "pushed" Russian in any way? The pushing is from Russia. Obviously. He must know we aren't trying to take over HIS country.
