problem is in nevada licenses don't expire until 12/31 and there's a 2 month grace period, so even if he retired for real he'd still have a valid license until March 1st - https://nvvetboard.nv.gov/FAQ/


the only way he would be without a valid license to practice is if it were taken away from him by the state of nevada.
