No. Of course not. This is a scam for retards. He has two plays here. Someone responds and he denies they won the $1 million. And then he declares victory saying how no one can respond properly.
The second way is people see this for the scam it is and ignore it. Then he proclaims victory because no one took him up on his challenge knowing it is fraudulent.
Either way the retards who follow him will nod their heads in agreement because it backs up what they believe is true.
