Yes, you can still be vaccinated if you don't have ID. Even though providing contact information may not be required to get a vaccine, staff at the vaccination site may still ask for ID. People who have ID can produce it, but those who can't will not be turned away. You should bring an ID if you have one, to verify the name and eligibility information you submitted to the vaccination appointment system. Bring insurance information if you have insurance, and employment information in Connecticut if you work here but do not live in the state. You can still get the COVID-19 vaccine without insurance or an ID.
