elsewhere. Liberalism is primarily an ideology of emotion and the way you want things to be. It has few boundaries or limitations as long as the intention are pure and well meaning in the eyes of those in control.

1 sick child or 100,000? Doesn't matter. Sick children are a bad thing and we must do something. 800,000 dead from COVID or with COVID? Doesn't matter. Dead people are a bad thing and we must do something. People unable to find work or unwilling to find work? Doesn't matter. They need money so we must give it to them.

This is how liberalism works. And we saw it on display in all of its alarming intellectual emptiness with SCOTUS last week.
