If a majority of the population is vaccinated then it's more likely, even with "breakthrough" cases, that a majority of the COVID peeps will be vaccinated.

Taking it to the extreme: if 100% of the population is vaccinated then by definition 100% of the COVID cases will be in vaccinated people.

This vaccine sure doesn't seem to have the preventative effect it was promised to, anymore.
