initiated the agreements with MSM & Big Tech titans to shut down "misinformation" which has resulted in the throttling of legitimate discussion on topics these "overseers" feel need to be controlled by themselves. Fauci and other government players have worked with them to censor those who disagree with them or express viewpoints or state facts that are at odds with their agendas.

That government/corporate partnership to enforce autocratic dictatorial economic and social regimentation sure sounds a lot like fascism to me.
