Her questions on the vaccine mandate focused almost solely on whether the policy is potentially effective and helpful and not on whether it was constitutional. That is an awfully dangerous view for a Justice to demonstrate. But it is pretty much the standard view of liberal justices. They do not understand what their responsibility is as stated by our founders.
