seems more of a stay in front defense philosophy. Don't gamble with the passing lanes. This might be why Pinson didn't play his defense. Pinson always seemed like a gambler. Always seemed weird that CM seemed to let Dru gamble for steals.

Anyway this is why I figured his play faster and get transition baskets would never go(besides not having a pt guard). There aren't many steals so you have to have good outlet passes from rebounds in this defense to get buckets in transition. We don't do that.
