contact. All we have is the word of the woman who lost her man to Babbitt and is now trying to retry the case she lost now that Babbitt is dead. The only known facts are:
1) Babbitt stole her man
2) Norris ran to Babbitt’s hubby to expose the tryst
3) A collision of vehicles took place with
