w/ Venables. His name was floated when GP got hired @ Mizzou. The whole "he didn't want to be a head coach due to his family" or whatever other reasoning that we hear regularly from hopeful ou fans or delusional kstaters who have tried to figure out why (as in every other Snyder disciple) had no interest in returning to Mancrappin.
There is something about Venables that makes this less than a slam dunk hire for OU. We will soon find out what that is.
