2. Many facilities and doctors offices REFUSE to see COVID patients in the outpatient setting. My wife had it 4 weeks ago and was having chest tightness - unable to get to her primary care bc of this policy- had to go to urgent care. This week, the urgent care places are full (just tried logging in to the HCA one in Raytown, they aren't accepting people on the wait list today), so the spillover are the ERs

Please explain why this message is being reported.
