transfer rules the days of finding gems and developing them to starters by year 3/4 are over. We have to find players ready to play now or bring players in through the transfer portal. You get 1 year to install your system but by year 2 you should be firing on all cylinders. Unless Drinkwitz is incapable of bringing in the talent to do that. He's been hitting the portal hard, he knows this. No excuses in 2022.
