Presidents don't spend money son, the Congress does so much for Trump and his Stim plans and Warp Speed was not even announced until May. And that was weeks after the Magic Easter "re-opening". Trump DISSED the virus b/c he thought the virus would hurt him politically. His son advised him that it was big in blue states so only the 'other guys' would be dying. The fact is that it was not the virus but Trump's dismissing of it that was the fatal political blow.
