Don't get me wrong, I understand completely why it's a scam. It costs too much in most cases, most recyclables aren't being accepted and/or the facilities processing them charge too much to make it worthwhile, and most of the stuff people throw out is unusable (media is mixed together and fatties throwing out **** contaminated by food products). I don't blame the trash companies just taking the recycling fee and sending that **** to the same dump as the rest of the trash.
