school mention disciplinary actions including suspension and expulsion from the college?

The college did not want him to advertise an event at the college. Do they have a rule against that, have others been disciplined for advertising an event at the college....by putting up posters off campus?

MYGOD.

Can they advertise a basketball game with flyers off campus?

Could they advertise a speech by a BLM member?

Would those actions generated an email threatening suspension or expulsion?

I don't know the answer, i'm just curious.
