he was student asst at Kentucky, then an Asst at Georgetown (KY) and then was a video coordinator for the Charlotte Bobcats and Florida State before becoming an Asst. at Florida Gulf Coast and then promoted to head coach.

He is 41-51, but in his 4th year in (now that he has "his" guys) they are 7-3 and in 1st place in the ASUN E
