Value. If you were on a project team and someone said, “we’re all highly educated black men but need diversity to be more successful, so let’s add a white person, an Hispanic person and an Asian female.”
None of these people have any education, can’t speak a lick of English and have no skills related to the project. Is the project team stronger now? Is it more diverse?
