Most of them fail at head coaching

Riley is a proven commodity that went 37-7 in conference as a Head Coach

There is no guarantee any coordinator, with zero CEO experience, will come in a be as successful

Certainly... some are going to succeed and maybe Venebles will be one of those. But to call that trade an A+ is silly today.
