going to miss on more than they hit. CM's problem is that he does not know he has missed until it is too late to move on.

Shooting for A talent is good but not if it ultimately forces you to settle for C talent every time. He has been in the running for a lot of top 50 talent but when they move on he has been forced to sign 200 level talent. Boom or bust is a terrible recruiting strategy when the booms are so infrequent.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
