Feels it is unfair that they're just expected to win, and anything less than a blow out victory and a perfect season is not good enough.
Those humans who form the fan base are a difficult lot! OTOH, the head coaches are well compensated for shouldering the stress. I do think his reference to his players is somewhere sincere, but really, he's talking about his own frustrations in large part.
