His 12 year old brother is still recovering.

This is where all those who claim we need to better understand criminals, or make it easier on them to prey on the public, of that the problem is those looking to enforce the laws and protect the public should really be seen for the moronic imbeciles they truly are. The good that comes from such tragedy is that one can hope the masses will rise up against such rampant stupidity and call it out for the ignorant sewage it is.
