happening now? Quite simply, when you let criminals know they will not be held accountable for their crimes you will see many more of their crimes. And the criminals will become more brazen. It is more evidence of the notion that peace through strength works. Understanding and excusing criminal activity does not reduce crime. Stopping and punishing criminals is the best means to reduce crime.
