First of all she is blocking his vision. How can he see if some other animal is attacking him from another angle?
How can the cop tell if a civilian has been injured in front of him?
Do cops have rights or just criminals?
How about the six foot rule? Aren't the libs concerned with safety? The animal is not wearing a mask.
