Prioritizing diversity and the lower standards required to achieve it, is the problem.
It’s wrong to put color over competence. Regardless of the color.
And diversity doesn’t mean, diversity. It means colored people. The NBA is nearly 3/4 black. It is considered very diverse. It would be considered more diverse if it were 95% black. There are no women, virtually no Asians or Hispanics, and not an injun to be found. And yet the diversity in the NBA is applauded.
The word has been redefined, as most words necessary for Marxist culture are.
