That's why he failed to disclose he was armed when he got shot.

And made up a story about having an expired CCW permit. He knew he wasn't supposed to be carrying.

He's a lying sack of sh*t and that's who the prosecution was basing their case on.

Point a gun at someone, you better be prepared to pull the trigger.
