down the river? The Rio Grande, to be specific. The more illegal immigrants that enter this country, the less influence Blacks will have in the whole political equation. They are already a smaller percentage of the population (14% to 18%, I believe), and that gap will only grow wider as time goes by.
Plus, once the illegals gain citizenship and start climbing the economic ladder, they won't want to fund all the Dem social programs.
