Very lazy people. They don’t fix problems because that takes thought, planning and hard work. Everyone knows the problems with black education, but instead of doing what’s right for the kids, Dems just lower the standards, pass out A’s like candy and call it good.
Of course the double plus for Dems is that by keeping blacks ignorant, they continue to get their votes.
