"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason."

The attack on the US Capitol on January 6, 2021, constituted levying war against the United States. All who participated in it, planned it, or conspired to do so, are guilty of treason.

E.g., Steve Bannon and Donald Trump
