Democrats have a long history of creating problems which they say government must solve.
And by government, I mean Democrat politicians, who are willing to throw your tax dollars at the problems they created, so they could give you back a small portion of your tax dollars, so they are seen as heroes.
They are creating all of these crises to impose their will upon the people; many of which are the non-voting but eligible voters who think either non-participation is noble, or childishly believe the adults in Washington will always do what's best for the people.
