Secondly they all hate this country. The idiots on this board say they hate government but they are loudest and most detestable on the fourth of july, veterans day and memorial day.

Well, yes, those three holidays are govt-related holidays. If they were in here harping on non-govt-related holidays, then maybe you would have a point.

My post did not attempt to suggest that all the parties were identical and undistinguishable in every way. Only that there were two prime similarities:

The cult like following of an idiot by bigger idiots,
Hatred for this country.

Libertarianism is, by definition, not a cult. It is the manifestation of a philosophy of INDIVIDUALISM. Cults are antithetical to individualism. Just because people look to particular people for their insight and thoughts does not make it a cult; how else are people to learn if they cannot learn from other people?

Hatred for this country has been addressed ad nauseum. The hatred is for the government. Part of the reason why libertarians hate the government is because it interferes with and detracts from this beautiful country.
