Because there was a guy there who thought the radicals tearing up the city should be stopped. Rask loves anarchy, believes the country should be torn down and rebuilt in an oppressive, hateful way that punishes those who don’t buy in to the leftist ideology.

So people like Rittenhouse are evil and need to be eliminated.
