Society is the grand total of all interactions.

Not just voluntary ones.

Namely, decent people tend to dislike being raped, or their family raped, robbed, or murdered. These are not "voluntary" interactions.

So, society creates laws to punish that criminal behavior.

Unlike you pickle, who tends to embrace and defend criminal behavior.
