two things from yesterday

One, the run defense finally was there. It took a long time but the right personnel, positioning and reads on plays worked. That has to be a confidence boost. Despite Georgia completing long pass plays, for the most part the defenders were there. Their receivers just made the plays.
Two, we got to see the #2 and #3 QBs yesterday. I hope they play Cook with the first team so he can develop confidence and get timing down with his receivers. Macon is still raw and has no touch on his passes. He shouldn't have to learn that during games.
Hopefully Bazelak is healthy and ready to go because he has the experience, if not the full mobility, to play the position.
The next 3 games will be tough but I think the team can still win 2 of 3 and be bowl eligible.
