last night. A group of moderate Dems made a deal with the progressive caucus to vote for the larger bill if they would vote for the infrastructure bill last night. Vote is going to happen the week of Nov 15. It's over in the House. The only hope of stopping it is in the Senate. Hopefully Manchin continues to stick to his guns.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
