Look at what TigerboardDrMatt has to say about boosting one's own immune system, to stay in good health, and allow the body to fend off many viruses and diseases.

Notice, he admits by using the word "most", that what doctors are saying is accurate, but instead of saying, "but make sure you do it the right way by doing X,Y, and Z"; he discourages use of supplements and vitamins, by saying,
"Most forms of vitamins result in most of it going down the toilet."
He pretends to know better than the legion of medical doctors who are saying it's necessary to supplement the food we eat so we get all of the nutrients and vitamins we need to stay healthy.
What is his motive for framing this in such negative terms, if not to discourage boosting the immune system?
He sounds just like Fraudci. Shut up. Don't talk about better ways to deal with health issues. Do what you're told. Get vaxed. And like it.
