Because I always feel my healthcare is being influenced by some insurer getting a big pharma rep onto Torrey Pines.

"Yeah, we know your drug isn't as effective but cut us a deal and we'll make it the formulary drug of choice and docs will have to prescribe it to make sure it's covered under insurance."
