was responsible for keeping the low budget film on track. He fired the union laborers and staff, including the union armorer and replaced them with relative inexperienced workers. Baldwin was pursuing his own best financial interests in cutting costs where it did not impact the final results. Baldwin could shoot and kill several more Directors and it likely would have minimal impact on the quality of his ****ty film.
