I have heard they are quite strict there indoors....will be interesting what outside looks like.
I kind of see part of their dilemma, as many of these island places are both heavily dependent on tourism, but low on medical resources, and any disease that easily spreads is a threat when you have a constant melting pot of people going in and out.
