Sure.
The water is poison. The air is poison. The food is poison.
Your body, in full emergency mode, holds on to fat in a last ditch effort to survive.
Meanwhile you keep piling poisonous non-nutritional substances into the digestive system until finally: organ failure and death OR
cancer from all the toxicity and death OR
'successful' cancer treatments until your insurance runs out and THEN DEATH.
Either way, don't think that the obese state of many Americans is not intentionally engineered because it most certainly is...
