time players get to the DI level they have been playing high level BB for a number of years. X has a definite skill set and can contribute at a very high level. He was being asked to run an archaic offense that his teammates were not buying into. I think at some point he just said F it I'm just going to freelance. CM was unable to break him of this and it snowballed.

Him leaving was probably best for all involved.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
