went overwhelmingly for Robinette in 2020, not Trump (along with Hillary in 2016, Obama in 2008 & 2012 and Kerry in 2004.... and so on)... Additionally, Stockton has only elected Dem Congressmen since 1960.

Odds are, the shooter is a Dem-Lib.
