Gary Pinkel took over a 3 win team, won 4 the next year and then better then 4 every year after. Eli has taken over a 6 win team heading the wrong direction. During the early years with Pinkel he said fans expectations of close losses is not good. Eli said this week maybe fans expectations after last year are too high. hmmmmm!
