Young. Unproven. A good recruiter, but maybe not experienced enough to handle the pressure of turning a floundering program around. That might not be the case, but he'd better ditch Wilks as soon as possible and find a good, if not great, proven college defensive coordinator who teach and motivate. His future at Mizzou is going to depend on it.
