chance that a Football player is working the concessions for a basketball game. Or a track athlete is working concessions at a Football game. Concessions was one way to earn hours through work grant. They also stayed after school to clean classrooms and hallways, they did landscaping/mowing in the summer and weekends, and a host of other ways to earn hours. The program is not limited to athletes and I had many friends that went through the program that never played a sport.
