a suspect? Do you know, since it was 3 years ago, if the kid was actually guilty of what they suspected him to be guilty of?

If my kid was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was pulled out of school as a suspect to be questioned by the police without my presence or my lawyers presence, I would be looking into taking action against the school.

The fact that you're outraged by something that was handled properly is a huge problem.
